Application
  • – Ideal for fixing ceramic & vitrified tiles on wall & floor and tile on tile application on floor.
  • – For interior usage only.
Surface Preperation
All surface must be sound & thoroughly cleaned to remove all loose particles, traces of oil, grease & high points before application.
Guideline for usage
  2. (1) Remove any oil, dust, and grease from the surface.
  3. (2) Pour water into a bucket.
  4. (3) Add the powder to the water and mix thoroughly.
  5. (4) Stir the mixture well, preferably using a mechanical mixer or manually.
  6. (5) Apply the adhesive to the surface with the flat side of the trowel.
  7. (6) Spread the adhesive evenly using the notched side of the trowel.
  8. (7) If necessary, apply a layer of adhesive to the back of the tiles (back buttering).
  9. (8) Place the tiles onto the surface and tap them firmly to ensure full coverage on the back.
  10. (9) Remove any excess adhesive from the tile surface.
  11. (10) Allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before proceeding with grouting.
Storage
Store in a off ground, cool, dry area in factory sealed packaging, high humidity may reduce shelf life of product.
